I have some friends with extra tickets, I need to get to the game Sunday and see him play in person again.

Chiefs games are crazy. Like deafening loud.

As a humongous Chiefs fan I was soo happy when they traded Javier Arenas for Sherman. Knowing that the Sherminator could catch out of the backfield and road grade in front of Jamaal Charles had me ecstatic. Some stat I had seen was with Sherman in the game JC was avg 5.2 ypc, without 3.6 ypc.

IMO - they aren't using him enough either.

I remember one year our passing attack was so bad he was pretty much our leading receiver.

Easy Cougar lets not too carried away...The Tank is one of my all time favorites but our leading receiver is a bit much. I do recall screaming for him to get used more in the passing game when he would only get a touch or two.
He had 48 in 51 games as a Huskie, his yardage was always good for or close to 1st down numbers....

Nope sorry, no cigar Woof - Zoo is right. In 2008 AS was second on the team in receiving yards (26 receptions for 270 yds)- only 3 behind Kashif (27 receptions for 273 yds). DJ who had 17 receptions for 261 yds was after AS.

It seemed like he was our best receiver. Only under Edsall would something like that happen.
