The AP vote was close:

Stewart received 20 votes from the 35-member national media panel that selects the weekly Top 25. Notre Dame's Jewell Loyd received the other 15 votes.

It was the closest voting since 2007, when Courtney Paris edged Candace Parker and Lindsey Harding by two votes.

Stewie is the 6th player to win the award two times. The others were Chamique Holdclaw, Seimone Augustus, Candace Parker Maya Moore and Brittney Griner. She can really set the bar if she's able to win it next year, being the only 3 time winner

We probably need someone to make an official list of the NPOY awards. The WBCA gives out the Wade award, which is the their POY award. They give out POY awards to DII, DIII, NAIA, Jr. College and HS awards. So probably just the Naismith and Wooden are pending. I think the following list may be right, but please correct if wrong.
