Anyone see the fantastic discussion taking place on the Syracuse board?

The cuse board is like stepping into insanity. Most ignorant group l've encountered . What planet are they on. 25-0 is all you here and what did that get them. I will reply to some of their nonsense for a few laughs and I will be banned shortly as the friars have also done.

I didn't read their thread but I suspect that they are just baiting us I know I would tweak them, if the circumstances were reversed. But since 4>1, I find it hard to care much about them. The 'also rans' seldom get much attention.

Was in Syracuse a few weeks ago. Went there for a wedding. The ceremony was at Hendricks Chapel on the SU campus. Most of the attendees stayed at the Jefferson Clinton Hotel. Loved the city, especially the art deco buildings, and it has a ton of potential. I jogged in the area on Saturday afternoon with my UConn Double Trouble tshirt on and no one said boo. Positive experience. Still those message board SU fans make me wish bad things on the institution and the city.

You loved the "city" of Syracuse and think it has a ton of potential? First of all you and I can never be friends, and secondly we both have very different definitions of city. It's a small dirty town in the middle of absolutely nothing, and 5 hours from the only real city in the state. I live in NYC and once you drive more than an hour out of the city in any direction, the state is absolute hell on earth. I wouldn't live in Syracuse for any amount of money and I'm not even factoring in the college being located there. Storrs might be a dumpy town but at least you can escape to Boston in a little over an hour or NYC in 2.5 hours.
