Anyone know what's going on with Ben Gordon?

I was just sent a link to his instagram account and he does not look good at all. He posted a live video and he appears high/drunk and God knows what else. Something is wrong with Ben and I hope he gets the help he needs ASAP.

He's just annihilated and looks like crap.

I know it seems incredible in his case, but you can voluntarily go to jail in lieu of paying fines for an offense, if you don't have the money to pay the fines. Him not having any money seems totally crazy, but that's a potential explanation for why he spent that much time in jail. Either that, or he has the money but didn't feel like paying the fines, which would also be crazy.
