Try flipping the light switch. (Just a hunch.)

There are a ton of folks in Westchester, NY without power - tight streets, overhead wires and old, crappy trees are a bad mix.

No, but flooded office space is a PITA. 2 feet of water nearly up to the desk tops.

Fortunately, most files and equipment were elevated before the storm. Copier, carpet, office chairs, phone lines and walls all trashed and require replacement.
