You know, I’m not. I’m really proud of what this team has accomplished, win or lose. They have made remarkable strides in growth/development and I have no doubt every player is going to give 110% so Paige/Kaitlyn/Aubrey have the best chance for an NCAA Championship.

I’ll be proud either way as long as they give it their best. Go UConn!

I’m here in Tampa and will soon be heading to Amalie Arena. Believe me when I tell you that South Carolina fans are just as if not more nervous than us. They watched what we did to UCLA and all the SC fans I’ve spoken to admit that UConn is playing so well and that we deserve to be the odds-on favorite today.

They’re confident in their team as we are of our Huskies and think it’ll be a great game. Like every other championship game the winner will be the team that executes the best, makes the fewest mistakes and scores the most points.

Mutual respect for our players and coaches. Certainly respect from UConn fans for SC’s 5th consecutive Final Four. Not overlooking their quest for a repeat and third in four years.

A heavyweight championship battle!

I am an SC alumnus and fan who is a big fan of Paige, who is one of my very favorite players. (Sshh. Even outranking many current and former SC players for me.)

I am very happy for this matchup. We have the greatest respect for Geno and your program. BTW despite the media, we know Geno and Dawn have great mutual respect for each other. You helped build WBB into what it has become, and this very forum, which attracts WBB fans of every school, speaks for itself. It makes sense to me that a school with our recent success has to meet up yet again with your storied program. Happy we get to try and avenge ourselves of our early season loss. I do think Dawn will have us ready though anyone who truly follows WBB is scared of how well you are playing. Hoping for a great game. I'll be happier if SC wins but will be able to take some solace if Paige finally gets her ring.
