Honestly if anyone they hire is poached after 3 years by a bigger program that’s probably a huge success. That’s just the nature of the beast.

In 3 years we could find ourselves in a ACC conference that looks more like the old Big East than the current ACC. And with BC, Cuse, Pitt, Miami, VT and UConn all lobbying to have the basketball tournament moved to MSG that should passify even the most die-hard BBall only fan. To me that would be the best possible outcome for UConn. Now, bring in a HC that can make the football program attractive enough for the ACC to bite.
