Another one I’m surprised hasn’t appeared yet. Sam Cooke died before I was aware of anything. I learned of him listening to the Animals (Bring it on Home to Me), and his singing took my breath away the first time I heard him, probably on WABC or WNBC. I still think he’s one of the best rock ‘n’ roll, R&B, gospel singers to ever live.
As always is the case if you come late to this thread, it seems like every idea you have someone has already posted. I had to go pretty deep in the well for this one.
I'm not saying it's a great song, but I like the movie.
Along the same lines as maybe not a 'great song' (Although the YT view count would indicate otherwise), but only for my personal tastes.
It isn't in my iTunes library and I probably wouldn't search it out to listen to.

It was played WAY too many times a few years ago on the (syndicated) soft rock station my workplace radio was tuned to and I've heard it enough.
