Yeah, more like a must win to get off the bubble; doesn't look like we get many resume builders in conference play this year.

Unreal. Can’t believe Ak is not playing. He was allowed to fly back home from Maui the next day and was on sidelines Saturday in large crowded noisy environment. I think it’s gonna get ugly quick tonight. But we have 2 nattys back to back so I’m good for next 5 years. It’s gonna be one of them years. Can already feel it. We ve been so spoiled. Figure a year like this we were due for

Not must win, but easiest of the 3 OOC left. Lose this, cascades into losing the next 2, then what? This team is pitching a donut in OOC play into BE. We lose this can see a scenario where it might take a really good BE record to just get into the tourney. We don’t get in, makes a 3peat tough ;).

I hope Alex is OK, my understanding was he does not have a concussion so I'm kinda surprised by him not playing - UMES I can get since it was never going to be a difficult one. Of course, whatever is best for him is more important so I hope he's fine.

Sometimes doctors do make mistakes and clear people too soon. That could explain his ability to fly home.

You are saying the words 3Peat like it’s a real thing? Those words should not be spoken at all but maybe just maybe if this team shows something significant over the next month.

Fair enough. I wasn’t at game Saturday but heard he was in the layup line. And not playing today in a big early must win game? Weird. Hope he’s ok but something doesn’t add up. I can’t believe we are actually favored. I wud never bet against UConn but god, how is this not free money at Baylor +3.5?

no Edgecombe either, he's struggled vs high major comp but given our defense I'm sure he would have lit them up off the dribble.

Edgecomb inconsistent but talented as hell. Happy he’s not playing need any assistance we can get without AK. Need people to play to their capabilities with him out, and then some. Need both 5s to play well and stay in the game no foul trouble!

Baylor will play about 20 minutes with Josh O at the 5 and Ochier at the 4. They then shift Ochier the 5 for the other 20. It’ll be important that when he’s at the 4, Stew bodies up and doesn’t let him get a lot of loose offensive rebounds.
