A comment on Jeff Jacob's story from a few hours ago:

Alex O Oriakhi Sr. · University of Massachusetts Lowell
The point here is Uconn is in violation of NCAA rule book. Nobody is above the law. Is unfortunate innocent kids got caught up in this debacle. Without political correctness lets lay this blame squarely were it belongs. The coaching staffs dropped the ball. What is so hard to face reality. No one is bigger the Uconn as far as I am concerned. Everyday for the thief one day for the owner. A lot of these coaches not only Calhoun cheat their way to fame & fortune. Is a abt time they face the music. In every job I know of in America u break the rule u are gone no matter how highly placed u are. I have no qualm in calling on the ad to relieve Calhoun of this position.

he is a mumu. I dont entirely agree with the way Calhoun handled AO but I think im started to see why AO had such tough year. Dad in one ear coach in the other. AO seems like a really good kid i wish his dad would shut up and then I could wish AO the best.

Have to say I thought Alex was a bright young man? Reading the constant BS from a supposedly educated man makes me wonder how he could have ever listened even though it is his dad. JC can run around screaming at kids and refs all he wants, especially underachievers like this guys son, he can't come close to making an a** of himself like Mr Mumu himself.....

Leave it alone you miserable piece of crap.....your son can go somewhere else now as you wished and impact yet another program with his 7pts and 5 rebounds.....

Hope you're talking about Mr O and his english......kids get handed a free education and the opportunity to plsy basketball for a HOF coach the least they can do is go to class and get their work done.....the fact they need their hands held amazes me but obviously the process needed to get better....the staff? Not on just them on the system.....but certainly JC has a piece....but we also know he cares about his players in a huge way its proven and NOONE can deny that.....

what doesn't this jackwagon tell us how Calhoun cheated with respect to his son? or bring forward and evidence he has?

the man is a loser. Sadly, looks like he may have raised a quitter that can play in the NBA but has no idea what it takes to get there.

Ha as much as Senior is killing Calhoun he kills University of Massachusetts Lowell even more with this broken down post. I have been a supporter of Oriakhi and his descision to leave but this guy is getting old quick.

I thought when AO decided to transfer, we were done hearing anything from this clown. No wonder AO would *#&$ and moan about his frustration all over the social media, just keep reading what this f*ucking has to say, like father like son. His son is soft and a quitter when the going gets tough, be pissed at yourself, not Calhoun. Someone just got to tell the man to shut the *$@! up,

Hathaway gutted the compliance office. It's not Calhoun's fault but he is accountable.

How ironic that AO Sr said the coaching staff "dropped the ball". If his son didn't do the same thing (literally) as often, he would've had more playing time and wouldn't be in the middle of this ugliness.

Wow, have fun UK/UNC/Duke

This is totally irrational but his antics are causing me to really dislike Alex Jr. as well.

the good news is, this dude will be tweeting/facebooking from Turkey or Ukraine in year and half and no one will care what he has to say (not that anyone really cares now).

Does Calipari want this baggage included for a single season with AO? He may poison the prospects of AO going anywhere decent, with the threat of him turning them over for cheating. Although at some point he may hit the credibility level of a homeless guy yelling on the street corner.

To be honest, I was angry at AO Jr for transferring and listening to the wrong people.

Now with more of AO Sr's true colors showing, I just feel bad for AO Jr.
As others have stated, who wants their father posting things like this for everyone to see? Other programs have to see this stuff, and it sadly reflects on AO Jr. Must be tough for the kid.

Poor kid. Can't tell Dad to STFU publicly and was caught largely in a no win situation.

Don't forget, AO himself posted on twitter as did his sister. I have to wonder whether Alex knew about this beforehand.

AO is right not wanting to be punished for other player transgressions but let's be real here. Jamal Coombs-McDaniel and his father have been stoking his fire all season. He plays 30 + minutes, you still think he leaves? The coaches embarrassed him. Drummond as inconsistent as he was upstaged Alex, and he did it with NO post moves or free throws. Not good.

There is a lot behind the story that we dont know about, if he wants to transfer fine it happens all the time, but show some class. What did AO Sr think he could possibly gain by going on the HC website and bashing JC, it seems he wants to make a name for himself more so than backing up his son. AO has already left supposedly so move on.
