Nice looking follow through. Even if he just is/becomes consistently average to slightly above average from deep, with his natural ability to do other things, he'll be very strong overall.

I don’t about his shot, but his handle looks nice. That’s part of the reason I have more faith in him than other players known for primarily for their athleticism. In other words, he might be more Daniel Hamilton than Sid Wilson (who I still have faith in).

That slow crossover isn’t working in high major D1 basketball. But I like that he finishes everything with a dunk. We’ll see if he’s afraid of contact at the next level

He’s in the gym working on his shot most days. He makes 2-3 a game now, last year he wouldn’t take a 3. So he’s building up his confidence.

Andre was injured in this game, I believe. Probably just used to break pressure and run the offense. From what I saw he hit two 3s and had 5+ assists. He was in better form the game I linked below. Kinda lazy on D, but that's common for talented HS players

Competition doesn't look nearly as bad as I'd have thought. At least a few solid athletes on that other team. Gets T'd up at 5:00 for talking ish after he posts some guy up.

His face lights up when they ask him about his brother winning MVP. Hard not to root for a player that wants to see others succeed. I see why Hurley was all over him last spring/summer--he's a winner.

that may be. But in that specific clip that slow motion submarine pitch telegraph pass doesnt make it 5 feet in D1. I like the angle of his look though. Just commenting that its nice to see our recruits do well, but that stuff doesnt translate.

For sure but if you watch his games he has great vision and makes some Zion like full court passes on a rope. Coaches will have to reign him in a little on turnovers but if that jumper ever becomes consistent it's lights out for everyone.
