Andre Jackson- 7 minute video on who he is

Jackson says he was told by his grandfather not to put all his eggs in one basket, so in addition to being a standout athlete, he also carries a 3.5 GPA at Albany Academy.

Why he didn't bother with UNC.
 
When you go to Albany Academy ... gym class for a month is skating. They have a better hockey facility than UCONN
 
But what is his wingspan? We need to know his wingspan.
 
very impressive that he had the guts to choose Uconn with all the local Syracuse pressure - no question that Uconn is the MUCH better choice for him. He will continue to grow and get better here.
 
My fav part of that video (besides how great a kid Andre looks to be) is the sportscasters towards the end getting excited about the possibility of AJ & JGIII teaming up at Cuse.. you can see their eyes light up.. TOO BAD SUCKAS!

Kid is a physical stud and the kind of athlete that We haven’t been getting. Hurley is recruiting us to the next level it seems and the BE ain’t hurting his efforts.
 
Kid is liked, studious, willing to work hard and has a great mom.

He’s still all arms and legs. Kid is like a NBA 2k “create a player”. Imagine the length we’ll have with him, Bouk, Akok and a one of the 2020 centers we’re after on the court together? Not fair.
 
At his size, 6-foot-6 and around 190 pounds, with extremely long arms, Jackson is going to bring a significant amount of versatility to the table for Hurley and his staff.

Wow. He seems like a great kid. I love how grounded his mom is too. The more I learn about André the more I think he’s going to be a special player for us.

I love at the end when the two talking heads are gushing about him and the woman says he has an offer from Syracuse but it’s possible he may get even better offers after the next AAU season. It turns out she was correct.
