I guess this may be at the root of the the differing reactions to the comments. I don't feel that she made fun of Stewie's looks at all. She said she looks goofy when she plays basketball. As Rocky noted above, I actually am reminded of a young Lobo when I see Stewie play.

Having said that, I don't enjoy the jibber-jabber during the game and would rather the conversation be about the game but apparently the muckity-mucks at ESPN feel otherwise about how a game should be covered.

I listened and watched the game last night, after being there. And I agree, it would be one think if the comments that they made were done quickly and kind of amusing, but both Ward and Rebecca, really kind of elaborated and beat some of these things to death a bit.
