It doesn't say yet on the UConn site, so that means it's one again time for my pointless "what numbers will the new guys wear?" game.

do you know if Purvis's 44 number was just a place-holder for 2013-14? Like is he gonna take like 5 or 20 now, after their previous owners graduated?

I think he wore 0 at NCST, but I also remember hearing 44 was just a replacement, and he wants 5 for this year, now that Giffey has graduated.

EDIT: scratch that, good peice tcf. It reminds us that there's more to play for than just fame and money. I'd love to see him stick with 44 if that's the reason.
