I just don't get what we want Amida to look like? The kid could add 15 pounds of muscle and you'd barely be able to tell. It's genetics, dude's an ectomorph to the next level. I was cursed with the same problem (albeit shorter) and I'd lift and eat the world and still look like a human sunflower.

240 is a good spot. Kelly Olynyk, Chris Bosh are a comparable size. I think Brimah will always look like a string bean though.

Okafor was always around 240 when he played here. Brimah easily has 2-3 inches on him though. With 4 months left before the season starts, there is plenty of time for Brimah to add muscle. He just needs to get stronger. As good as Thabeet was as a Junior, he got knocked around a lot because he wasnt that strong.

thabeet didnt get knocked around... opponents were literally punching im in his chest to try and move him, he was massive and was able to stay recover very well after being hit

Come on, no Del Taco? Burgers and tacos under one roof - you can' t beat that. Though maybe this line of thinking is why I once weighed over 300lbs.
