He needs to realize how much damage he would cause to this program if he leaves. It would completely destroy our recruiting. I think he loves the University of Connecticut too much to leave at this time.

You should have seen conference realignment 2003. There were rumors floating all over the place - we had the Maryland mole, Cuse heading to the ACC, Fredo at its best, the last-minute virginia political push, Blumenthal to the (gulp) rescue.

If he was thinking about leaving would he have favorited that tweet? No. While there's still a small part of me that thinks he could leave, I'm very confident we will see him coaching the University of Connecticut next season.
