I'm not crazy about Deadspin as I think it's a slightly better version of Bleacher Report but I'll take the side of anyone over Mushnick. Basically, my rule of thumb is Rest of the World > Mushnick.

I've always liked and read Mushnick, he's been honest and consistent with his views over the years. I don't think he's a race-baiter, but I will admit there's been a "get off my lawn" edge to his stuff in recent years.
