You can draft whoever you want - play John Gwynn at center for all anyone cares. But people will judge how good your team is by, well, how good your team is. A balanced starting 5 and two smart subs will probably get the most love.
Whoever you pick is no big deal. You just have to have them all on the court as if they were a real team. Want to play small--make the argument.

You get a statement for each matchup for why your team would win. If you want to start an owners debate Direct Message thread like we have going, there's nothing to stop you. The basic idea is other than your statement for why your team would win, it was kind of the intention that you pick and let the board debate. Just like a coach puts his team together and lets them do the talking on the court.
