Thanks, Nan. When I get done watching these (again) will also re-watch arguably the most exciting game in program history. It was the game that showed us that Paige and Azzi, then only a sophomore and freshman, were capable of rising to the occasion on the big stage and could someday take us to the promised land. Little did we know then that due to injuries and other factors we'd have to wait another 3 years for it.

Just rewatched the end of the 2003 NC game against Tennessee. I hadn't remembered that Tennessee missed 4 free throws in the final 2 minutes. Had they made them, when Jackson made that crazy off balance 3, the game would have been tied. Great game.

This game was perhaps Diana's masterpiece. That move to the right where she switched hands to shoot from the left because she was blocked out by the backboard is one of the best ever in the women's game. It was only on the replay that the announcers realized what she had done.
