Albany Regional tickets update

I have called them 3 times; I have chatted with them on the computer once; I have emailed them 3 times.
NO TICKETS!

It took me 6 calls. Eventually I demanded that they reprint the tickets and overnight them to me at no charge.

My tickets finally arrived. Only took 1 chat on line. However I did tell them they were dealing with meyers7, so like I had them in hand in about a day or so.

Ticketmaster prints/reprints tickets at a facility in Charleston, WV. I got the same package plus (see below)

I received my 2nd set of tickets from the TUC a couple days ago. They just received them from Ticketmaster a few days before that. I live just north of Albany, so I probably received my tickets before most folks. These are the original presale tickets that Ticketmaster has been telling people were mailed on Dec 20.

So now I have two sets of tickets for the same 4 seats. FUBAR!

Be sure to use the 2nd set of tickets as the Ticketmaster process is to cancel the "bar code" for the first set, before printing the new set. We can only hope they followed this process in every case. Here's hoping that the "never received" November set will not be used by someone to gain entry. Potentially, it could be a bit of a mess; sooooo, bring proof of purchase to the games

I called yesterday and they said they were being sent two day mail and I would be getting them by Friday. I also am in the Albany area; we'll see how long it takes. It's been a complete hassle but we have great seats so I'm trying not to complain too much.
