While I like the look, I don't think fan involvement in a recruiting effort is ever a good idea.

I have seen comments on tweets but never artwork like this. Anyway, it was just my opinion.

Also, there was a newspaper article about what it was like to go through the DI recruiting process (women's basketball recruit) and she commented on how annoyed she was with fans of different schools commenting on her recruitment. I guess each recruit is different, but you can never be sure how your comments will be received.

Some of the players eat up the attention. A couple will open up their social media to questions from their followers which includes fans of prospective schools. I believe it’s a fine line though and privately contacting them in a no no.
