He used to have one in Avalon, NJ or near there. It's popular for the Philly people. I think he bought a place on the Conn. shore recently. He may have sold the NJ property, or not. You can be sure the houses are nice.

Ofttimes Carl's article is online only for subscribers to the paper...though I think you can also subscribe
to the online paper quite apart from the real thing.

Went there on vacation one summer. It was very nice. It's motto "Cooler by a Mile" was very appropriate. Not many mosquitoes either. Really nice place.
