It may have helped Mourning and Mutombo in games against other teams, but it didn't help them when faced with the fearsome tandem of Dan Cyrulik and Toraino Walker in the 1990 Big East Semi-Final........ :rolleyes:
I just meant that I'm sure the progressed quicker facing each other. It's just the way it works. The better the competition you face, the better you tend to get.

I understood you but I can't help myself when I think about how unlikely it was that Cyrulik and Walker held their own against the Might M's that night so I had to get in a little shoutout for Dan and Toraino.

I just wish Walker had stayed. He was a beast in his brief time. I still remember that one handed tomahawk putback slam.

Nothing I've seen says Etienne could count in and contribute next year (if he reclasses) like some people think he would.
