ACC Tournament Bracket Set

In taking a longer look At this bracket, I could see ND going on a run as they do match up well against any of the potential foes of GT, NC State and Duke before they would play Louisville who is not a good matchup for them.....just like a 70’s horror movie, why didn’t we lop the head off the beast and burn the body when we could, just because it was down, we assumed it was out and now it’s back... :cool:
 
All settled in an ready to go. Lotta light blue around. Feeling kinda sick to my stomach already. Looks like Janelle Bailey will be playing

I never assumed they were out! I have been saying all along that the rebirth was right around the corner! :D

If ND can just get to the final, they'll be postseason eligible as well :cool:
 
Tight battle... At the half wake leads 37-35. Bailey is in foul trouble.. Picked up her third with about six minutes to go in the second period

Somewhat typical after an injury absence plus the adrenaline of tournament play. Three fouls in only 14 minutes is a bad thing for your beloved Tar Heels :cool:

So why aren't they showing these games on ACC Network? They put the women's tournament on ACCNX so they can show replays of men's games on the flagship.

Meanwhile VPI is in the stands scouting out their next opponent. Lydia rivers just won a bojangles coupon from the acc blimp

I believe they will. Banghart accepted WNIT bids when she was coaching Princeton. When Hatchell was the coach at UNC, she declined WNIT invites. She said (I'm paraphrasing) the initials NIT was an acronym for not invited.

Kelly Deyo said at halftime that she was sure Muffet wasn'r prepared for the Pitt Greek Soph sub Prapa to go 4-4 for threes when she made only 8 all season at 28.3% shooting. ND better adjust at halftime.
