Who you got for ND-L'ville game? I think ND is ripe for an upset.

Looks like Ville put any noise about Wake pulling another upset to bed early in this one.

I don't know if it's much of an upset with ND playing without its two best options at PG in Miles and Mabrey.

That being said, Citron is going to try her damnedest to drag her teammates to a W.

It's times like this that ND really misses having a go-to post like Achonwa, Turner, or Shepard used to be for them.

In the post game show Ivey called Citron “the most unselfish player” she’s ever coached.

She leaves it all out on the court every time she plays, hopefully she has something left for their latest round with Louisville.

ND with 12 TO's in first half. I'd say they miss Miles.
As Citron said in one of her post-game interviews, a lot of them were nervous and were also getting used to playing new roles and together in those new roles. But she then said, "we know how to play basketball" and that they did. Only 7 turnovers in the 2nd hafl and double-digit assists. Westbeld's three 3's were extremely helpful, but the play of the game was Citron driving full speed at Rivers then doing a fake and cross-over dribble that left her staring as Citron drove for 2. As @Orangutan said, she's going to do her damndest to make sure ND moves forward.

Maddy Westbeld drills 3-6 from three-pt. land en route to 15 points and 10 boards. In doing so, she reaches 1000 points as a junor, joining her older sister Kat in the 1,000-point club at ND.

Well Lawson finally got a W against Banghart. Sorry, I don't care how many former Oregon St. players are at Duke now, I just can't support a team that plays such an ugly style of ball. Setting the game back at least 50 years. Maybe they'll crack the 50 point barrier in a game again some time?

GTHC GTH!!!

At least for one day, all is good in this world

That was ugly, but North Carolina has an excuse. Duke’s defense is better. What’s Duke’s excuse?

Is Deja Kelly a PG or SG? I’ve been doing the eye test on her for the past two seasons. She maybe UNC’s catalyst, but she is not a good shooter. Maybe streaky, but not good. 4-22 in this game and a career 36% FG shooter.

VPI up 51-27 headed to the 4th, so i will go ahead and pencil this up as a victory for the Hokies. All four winners today avenged losses from the regular season.

This is all i care about... Ugly W's are pretty in my eyes

@triaddukefan I didn't watch the Duke/UNC game today, but when I saw Duke had won, I thought of you. :P The score though ...

Yeah, between the futility of the offenses and my nerves, it was a BRUTAL experience. It was all worth it in the end.

Personally, Duke's ball movement was non-existent. Day-Wilson looked like she was going back to her Crestwood day and trying to do it all. Dribbled way too much trying to win one on one situations.

She's been a lot more controlled this season which impressed me. She's going to need to get back to that against VT today.
