Agreed on this. Didn't play enough minutes to make enough of a difference. His block % is 2nd in the country and (obviously) first in the conference, but his rebounding isn't there and he committed way too many fouls. Fouls are bad for a defense as a whole, not just bad for getting into foul trouble. His defensive box score plus/minus is actually 50% worse this year than last year (although defensive win-shares about the same... but nowhere near the leaderboard).

Octavius Ellis was the choice.
