I don't think they cared about the distraction.

I think the logistics of trying to move 200 people and a tractor trailer full of gear into and out of an area where a few million people are also in motion was the issue.

And like Miami, I think they also had to be mindful of letting the kids go to help their families prepare.

Come on guys. At least do your homework when criticizing other points of view. Look at the USF roster. A significant number of USF players are from Miami . No way they went "home to help their families prepare".
