A real positive takeaway from the game is the amount....

of bunnies next to the basket that Nova missed. Too many to count. The score and damage could have been even more severe.

Boat and Bazz didn't play well and so what? Its one game, I surmise you won't see that again from them in a UConn uniform.

Agreed it was one game and they've played so well who can be upset......

But concern is okay and there is one HUGE concern I took from this game......Bazz leaves us after this year and we're back to the drawing board. Those 8-9 minutes he sat first half were possibly the most painful we've seen as fans in 25-30 years and we've had some painful ones......they all looked clueless but especially Boat who showed no PG/lead ability and therefore the trickle down affect happened.....Omar also showed the inability to be the 2G as his dribbles were almost as scary as a few of his passes.........seriously not on these kids because I love watching them and they've been beyond expectations!! But if you were watching closley you have to be hoping Shabazz is going to stay home next year!!

I thought the key to this game was the second hand points Nova got after the offensive rebounds. The ones after a Nova foul shot were horrendous to watch.
