Personally, I'm not a fan of these quick turnarounds against teams we just played, but over the last four games, Creighton has continued to struggle, losing five of the last six with their only win a one-point home victory over Seton Hall.
On offense, Creighton has leaned more on their backcourt production, with Nik Graves and Josh Dix standing out as the most consistent offensive contributors while Austin Swartz has surprisingly shifted to a bench role.
Graves has delivered timely scoring, including a clutch three-pointer in the win over Seton Hall and a team-high 15 points in the matchup against Villanova, while Dix has provided steady double-figure scoring, adding 14 against Villanova and maintaining a reliable perimeter presence. Fedor Zugic has chipped in with key three-point shooting in tight stretches, particularly during late-game runs, and Jasen Green has contributed with energy plays, rebounds, and supplementary scoring inside.
One change in the rotation is top-50 recruit and Montverde graduate Hudson Greer is getting more consistent minutes off the bench, playing 20+ in three of the last four games. Best categorized as a big shooting guard, Greer is an excellent three-point shooter, but has a lot of potential as an all-around offensive weapon. At 6'7 215 and with the team's overall frontcourt issues, he's playing more of the 4 than the 3.
As shown below, McDermott has been mixing and matching to find the right balance, but he's struggled to find any lineup consistency.
