True, getting to the line is one thing UConn is not exceptional at. Still a UConn close game is them winning by only 15. If Blanca comes back and the rest stay healthy there would have to be a major, major break down for them not to win it all. I’m not worried at all.
I think part of that is the fluidity of our offense. You are far less likely to draw fouls when you are getting widely open looks.
 
Some of those teams confuse good defense with hacking. Back in the day, that would get you hurt on the playground.
It's interesting that some teams with long benches know that they have a lot of fouls to give. The trade off is the opponent will miss some AND the opponent will know they've been beat up. UConn with a very long bench this year doesn't look at it that way.
