Wonder if he looked into Hopkins or Hamden Hall. They're local at least.

they really played the new haven is horrible card hugh? good ole westport for ya.

anyway, i have seen him play about 20 mins total this year. i was in a gym for another reason and gfa was on the court. good handle like a frosh year in hs type kid who made the varisty team but isn't playing alot becuase hes young. but hes playing and doing ok knocking down some outside shots. i think check back in 3 years and see whats up. gfa has obi in the middle which for the most part of teams they will play, he will be the only big man with any skill in the gym. i'm sure some of the kids sucess is becuase everyone in the gym is eyes on obi but the kid has a bright future and i for one will follow him reading writeups etc.

also the hopkins/hhall thing- those schools are big time like gfa $$ wise and classroom wise but i'm not sure of the recent situation at gfa but all of a sudden d1 type players are around campus and its now in conversations of the public. it wasn't even mentioned not to long ago. the program has some legs somewhere, no clue though.

It says he 14 if that's his age shouldn't he be a freshmen in high school ? Not a 7th grader think about it for a min

it says 13 which suggests he is in the correct grade or a year behind.

You may just have a problem when you're following 13 year old basketball players... just sayin.
