A&M move to SEC held up by legal threat...

A&M move to SEC...

It does go on to say that an unnamed school in the old conference is holding it up at this point. My guess would Baylor, but then that's the obvious guess...
 
Legal threats/action usually end up disappearing and the report I saw did say it was Baylor. In the end, they can't really stop a school from leaving.A & M will be in the SEC.
 
While Baylor and/or the Big 12 might now have the power to prevent A&M from leaving, they could file a claim against the SEC foe contractual interference whicj is clearly something the SEC wants no part of.

My guess is that the the move goes through. Baylor had to do this to figure out its options.
