I'm not in the players' heads, but these late innings errors, the shaky baserunning, the random walks given up by the pitchers, all of it seems to indicate a team that's pressing, that's gotten super tight and lost in their own heads, instead of playing freely/normally. I think that the coaching staff is falling victim to this as well; the decision making on the bunts and pitching changes seem to indicate a mental state closer to panic than confidence. This Butler team is outright terrible, yet the Huskies could have easily lost the first two games this weekend, and could yet lose this one.
