Tulsa (48)
at SMU (24)
at Memphis (88)
Tulane (182)
at East Carolina (241)
SMU (24)
Memphis (88)
at Temple (38)

I put the RPIs of the teams we have left. A chance to pick 6 wins versus top 100 teams which would really help the RPI/SOS. We are currently at 94 for RPI and SOS.

I still believe we would have run the table in the regular season and pick up a couple of wins in the American to get in the tournament, although as people have said, the bubble is really weak this year. Seton Hall as an example was a lock 2 weeks ago, but is now falling apart.

Of note: Austin Nichols of Memphis will most likely miss our first matchup with a sprained ankle.

I agree, but part of the problem is the fact that beating Memphis twice will ultimately mean that they are not a top 100 RPI team. We may only get proper credit for a road win at SMU and a road win at Temple as "quality wins". Still, if we win our last 10 regular season games, along with maybe a couple in the AAC tourney, I think we're in too...

If we run the table, we enter the american tourney 21-9 with an RPI about 31. Solid gold lock, but that's simply a mathematical calculation. I'm an optimist when it comes to our team, but i"m not calling that realistic.

The away games are absolutely huge for us.

There's only one solid gold lock in which we won't be looking through our fingers on Selection Sunday pep ;)

Realistically, yes. Mathematically, no. For comparison, SMU was about 15 slots lower with a horrid OOC SOS last year, and was the first team out.

One game at a time. Tulsa on Thursday is the next stage in the process. They embarrassed us in Tulsa. They are a solid, well-coached team, with a talented, athletic and physical backcourt We need intensity, focus and consistent execution. The bonehead moving screens, offensive goaltendings, passes to no one after jumping in the air, and failures to box out need to stop. Play with aggression but play smart basketball!

Forget about running the table nonsense. Let's start by picking up a solid top 50 RPI win at home against Tulsa on Thursday. One at a time baby

Of course they have to be won one at a time! But if Boatright says, "Ten in a row", then I say, "Ten in a row"...

People were talking about running the table after we lost to Texas.
