To be honest. Collier may would have benefit staying another year under Shaefer and Harris(if she doesn't get hired). I don't think she would have been a #1 pick. But maybe a mid- late first rounder lol.

Her development in the W may be a hit or miss.

Probably one of the best elite 8 games ever. Stanford and SC may make noise. But Baylor UConn in the elite 8 was bad for Wbb. Lol.
Imagine Stanford SC on one side. Baylor UConn on the other. That would be a hit for WBB.
