I may have to have my sarcasm meter serviced, but yes, yes it has. To be honest we're not quite there yet, but I like the trend line.Yes, it's been a long, hard road to mediocrity.
A wee bit snarky maybe but I intended no sarcasm. Your meter is fine.I may have to have my sarcasm meter serviced, but yes, yes it has. To be honest we're not quite there yet, but I like the trend line.
Ha thanks missed those...
I agree with you for the most part except we have just endured a stretch of 4 putrid years of football where we have been labeled one of the worst football programs in the country. Here is my take. We are about where I thought we should be but better than I thought we would be. But I think we need to at minimum beat Tulane. A loss there undoes all the positives of the ECU victory. Tulane is not a good football team by the way. And I'm with subba on being bowl eligible. Just getting there at 6-6 means you are a decidedly mediocre team. Better to be decidedly mediocre than awful but hardly something to hold a parade to celebrate.

Posts like this remind me of the guys in college who had a history of dating ugly girls. They would finally date an average one, would have cut off their apendage to get her, but then felt they were proving something by pretending that they weren't happy that they were finally sleeping with someone decent looking because they felt better pretending that they shouldn't admit to being happy until they dated the prom queens.
Whatever.
