I was browsing through the AP photos of the game. For those wondering how you get a 39-6 ft differential, here's 5 reaches (1 offensive) and that's just what was caught in still shot. In full disclosure there was one image of Boat fouling jackson (not pictured). 5-1. Sounds about right.

also another reason is that we barely challenged when they drove to the basket

It seems to be a strategy teams use on us. Or teams are just salty that our guards get by them and foul in frustration.

USF made the game borderline unwatchable the other night as they fouled us every time we went to the basket. It didn't even feel like a basketball game there were so many stoppages due to fouls.

Are "breakaway" jerseys illegal in the college game?

I have another one that came to mind that was an awful miss by the refs …… Lasan lay up off of a steal and a Tiger took a wrong angle trying to block the shot, missed and kneed him in the head AFTER the layup so it was ignored……it's amazing just because it was after it's ignored? He almost lost his head……

2:38 mark of regulation, Goodwin jumps from out of bounds and knocks the ball off nolan. He can't touch the ball without establishing position in bounds.

It was a 36-9 differential, but 28-8 differential prior to Memphis fouling with 1+ minute left. Also, Memphis shot 66% from the line, their season average. But they shot 55% from the field.

Yeah, I definitely remember that and then the announcer (Mike Patrick?) made the asinine comment that "sometimes you wind up falling on the court because you anticipate contact that doesn't actually come." As if Kromah had just fallen down on the court all by himself! This was literally 2 seconds after ESPN showed a slow motion replay of Kromah getting kneed in the head. Just unbelievable.

The fouls were not the story of the game. To me its that we weren't bullied, intimidated or punked by the hacking. In fact the chat room posters complained more than the players.

This team proved that we can handle the tough stuff and beat it. We have a team of battle tested players......Bring it!!

Good call Kita….the pups have certainly matured into Big Dogs the last few haven't they?
