Thanks for the link! Obviously, the tallest player on the court.
Even though this was a highlight tape.... She PUTS the BALL in
the HOOP! An eighth grader playing for Marshall H.S. She
has YEARS to develop. Interesting stuff...Coach Valley: keep your eye on
this BIG "big".

for one: Gianna Kneepkens of U of Utah is also a graduate of Marshall H.S.
Giabija's stats:

total points 56 (9games), highest scoring game: 15pt
Marshall Plays in the Lake Superior Conference, >85 percent
of students at Marshall play at least one sport. Duluth is 337 miles
from Allie Ziebell's hometown: Neenah, and Duluth
is 155 miles from Paige's Minneapolis area. And if truth
be told Duluth is 1,385 miles from Storrs (driving by way of
Chicago)! It's a young team with the leading scorer being
an 8th grader, Chloe Johnson, #5, a PG, with a 31 ppg average. Z

The Hilltoppers won two game this weekend but no stats as
of yet. Of interest was the game between Marshall H.S.
and Paige's old school, Hopkins H.S., in December 2024.
At the time both teams were undefeated. Hopkins won
95 - 47 (Hopkins is a 4A school, Marshall is a 2A school).
In that game Gabija Krasauskaite, a 6' 7" eight grader, who is on the
varsity was 3 for 3 for 9 points with 3 rebounds and 2 blocked
shots. FYI Marshall is a Private Independent College Preparatory
School, founded in 1904. It has an International Boarding Program.
The surname "Krasauskaite" is Lithuanian. The box scores of
their games do not give minutes played. TO BE CONTINUED.??
