Not picking on you but this drives me crazy. By definition, there is no such thing as an “un commitable” offer. Offer is a legal term. For there to be an offer, it requires that the offerree be able to accept it (and in this case be given a scholarship to play for Georgia). If you can’t accept it, it’s not an “offer” of any sort, it’s interest.
And again, not picking on Huskyforlife because the whole recruiting website industry uses the terms the way he is using them. But it’s just not correct and it irks me.
