Turn out the lights in Ames. Feels like Oregon State of a few years ago
Would love to have her in the ACC, but she's another one who can play in the SEC (and get paid there).
Hits keep comig for ISU
That would be great for both parties (and not so great for the rest of the SEC). I'm hoping that she'll at least consider Columbia first.Like Texas, don't they need a PG for next season?... Those Monday Founders
25 shots a game? This year's Barker. It's unfortunate to see this, as IMHO she's searching for something and hasn't found it yet.
Yes, we don’t speculate or discuss players who could/should leave. Ever.@HuskyNan can clarify, however IMO if a post is referencing someone that could/should transfer TO UConn, it might be ok, as long as it doesn't involve any discussion on who might/should leave.
Uhm, maybe she picked up quick cause she's a 21 year old with three years of pro experience? She literally has more experience than any other player in WCBB and yet we're talking about her like she's a rookie...She picked up quick. I was surprised. Almost averaged a double double as a Freshman. UCONN could use a player LIKE her. Lol She can play the 4 or 5 instinctively. Shot mechanics are very good and with a lil more work I can see her even play the 3. Definitely under the radar all year. Syracuse played a lot of different lineups struggling to find the right mix. All the ingredients just weren’t there. Respectable showing in the ACC.
Gracias. It's been a year, so making sure we can nicely discuss who we'd want to come to UConn.Yes, we don’t speculate or discuss players who could/should leave. Ever.

This is the first I've heard of it. I'm stunned! What in the world? She loved NC State. This has been rumored for weeks, courtesy of Skim Milkey.

And I would've thought, it looks like Penn State is getting a real coach, she might wanna stay around. This year's Barker. It's unfortunate to see this, as IMHO she's searching for something and hasn't found it yet.

Kinda surprised that a coach is posting on X concerning transfers. Is she responding to any specific players?
So I can’t speculate about your transfer to VolNation? I feel like the are missing a resident ACC acolyteI thought UCONN transfer speculation was barred on this board ?
I was just about to say the same thingHahaha... funny that Coach Yo would post something like that about transfer when 9 out of her 12 players on her roster this year were transfers from what I can tell.
Just because she has benefited from the system doesn't seem to me to preclude her from commenting on it.I was just about to say the same thing
With Azzi moving to the WNBA UConn lacks an experienced high level shooter for next season imo. One player that might realistically enter the portal and would be great fit/get for UConn is S'Mya Nichols from Kansas.
@southie, what are your thoughts on the discourse here regarding McMiller?
Noooo, we’re trying to hold onto good players in the ACC. SEC already pilfered enough players last year 😩Oh absolutely! Can't spell "secured the bag" without SEC!
That said, she may even have a place in Lower Carolina.
Yeah, there was talk online that either Brooks or Jones was leaving. This is the first I've heard of it. I'm stunned! What in the world? She loved NC State.
We're losing that battle.Noooo, we’re trying to hold onto good players in the ACC. SEC already pilfered enough players last year 😩
The irony is they complain that their conference schedule is too tough. Someone give me some tissue! LolWe're losing that battle.
Money (and the opportunity to impress WNBA scouts) is talking!
Yeah but it would really be nice to confine the posts about transfers TO UConn only if the player has either declared their intent to enter the portal or has entered the portal.@HuskyNan can clarify, however IMO if a post is referencing someone that could/should transfer TO UConn, it might be ok, as long as it doesn't involve any discussion on who might/should leave.
