2026 New York Giants

I will not be happy if we draft Love. You draft a rb in rd 1 you better be a Super Bowl contender immediately.

I really want Styles at five. I could accept Downs (if Styles is gone at that point), but I don't see anyone else worth that high of a pick unless we want four edge rushers on the field for 80% of the defense.

I would prefer that we hold off on drafting a receiver as we gave a few too many holes to warrant to wr's who were top five (or even top ten) picks, especially in draft where there are some quality receivers who will end up getting picked between 50-75 in this draft.

You got the consensus best player in the draft. Happy?

Have to prepare for Andrew Thomas to miss games as he has the past couple years, can no longer afford to see your qb crushed anymore.

Well we got the "consensus" #1 pick and the Best O lineman available so I guess I am happy. My concern will be stopping the run

On all candor, if Daboll was still head coach I would be furious as the only takeaway would be that we keep drafting the same thing, ignoring quite a few very weak spots in the lineup.

That we do have an adult in charge (Harbaugh), who has a pretty sound track record, I like the idea that we are adding talent as there is now a chance that we can also develop the talent.

We're going to have to be able to turn both Reese and Carter into LB's (instead of just pass rushers), or we will need to sell low so to speak on likely Carter and Thibodeaux in the near future.

I'm glad that we didn't grab a WR (as was rumored) as I don't believe we're in a position where we need a top five pick (Nabors) and a top five or top ten pick at WR. Also there are a lot of WR's in this draft and they claim many who will end up between 50-75 in this draft would be just outside the first round in many years.
