What's wrong with that? What's the point being in a conference if you don't root for your conference mates against out of conference opponents? When your conference mates play well, it makes the conference look good, and make your team look good.

For a conference like the Big East, it is even more reason to root for conference mates when playing against conferences that have more money etc.

UConn will have to win the Big Ten championship this year if we want to win it all.

I agree w that until they skated for the Sean Miller fiasco. That was blatant major violation, far worse than fabricated, retroactive APR.

Yeah but it would be so delicious if it’s 3 Big 10 teams and us……and we win it all.

So what? Let's beat Duke and take on all the teams from the B1G. When we play well, we can play with anyone and beat anyone.

Love to see an Arizona vs UConn final though.

Yeah…..I dunno. There are limits to that.

All my family is from Michigan including many alumni. They would NEVER root for Ohio State in anything.

Same here, years of growing up in my teens watching their games on the old Fox Sports Net well past midnight during the school week. With their pros, uniform designs and sneaker rotation I looked at them as like the West Coast UConn before UConn separated themselves with the additional FF trips/titles.
 
Matt Painter somehow watched his lead go from up 8 to down 10 and never even thought about calling a timeout. TotAl coaching malpractice
 
Arizona flipped a switch after the break, beating Purdue at their own game

Matt Painter don’t look so good. The expert analysts at halftime were saying Braden Smith was the most important player.

Zona has 10 more free throws. A lot of these teams get 20 per game.

Arizona with a lot of grabbing and clawing. But they compliment it with basketball talent. Makes for a potent combination.
 
Painter didn’t even attempt to make adjustments. Wow. Just total AZ domination in the second half. Also, the Arizona fans were LOUD in that arena.
