Yeah let's not play a program that would give enormous exposure and credibility at a time when we needed it most and during a time that Notre Dame had become reasonably beatable. Would've been a positive in relations with the ACC to boot. Bad decision all the way around.

Duke in Vegas is incredibly enticing esp because Thanksgiving is with my wife’s family this year. We’ll see.

The MSG games are great for the wealthy alumni in the NYC area and UConn does need the money. I think playing in Boston every year is good for the Boston alumni. Remember, most of these games are taking the place of playing in early season tournaments like Maui, Bahamas, ...

Unclear UConn's ever played too many MSG games in any single season. Regardless, an OOC game against preseason highly-ranked opponents absolutely makes sense at both MSG and TD Garden. National exposure, quality non-BE opposition, large alumni and other fan bases in the City and Boston, NIL and university relation development, etc. Nope, it's not even 2015, let alone 2005, nor 1985 anymore. Dynamic with the times.

Thanksgiving eve, so a lot of people may not go to that game.

Uconn Illinois was the day after Thanksgiving and had much less pricing demand than other games.

Would like one more high quality OOC opponent for a true home game, as it stands now either Gampel or PBA fans are going to feel ripped off depending on where they stick Kansas.
