Agree with this. Probably beat most of the G6 teams. I expect to lose @ Syracuse and @ BC. Two more losses elsewhere.
 
11-1.

All the g6 — no problem.

We lose week 2 and not again.

Defense turns out better than expected. Offense flies. Kicker steals a win or two. We finish ranked #18 in the country and many afterward on here and Twitter complain about disrespect.

I still think we might be around 7 wins. Coin flipper for Buffalo and Air Force. You could say the same thing about us last year when we lost by 50 to Maryland. Can’t judge a season based on one game.

I’m more shocked you think we’d lose to Delaware 😂

I got so hung up with my opinion on the Buffalo game I didn't see you sneak Delaware in there with the highly encoded UD designation.

That would be a nice problem to have. I still can’t believe that neither coordinator left after last year. It’s one of the reasons I am feeling good about this year.

I fear you're right about losing coaches, especially the OC and DC.

Sammis has me thinking he's a mild mannered Parcells but coming up from the O side.

The way they’re playing right now, they might lose a couple games, but they’re not gonna go out without a good fight to anyone.

I agree with UConnDan97; it's hard for me to see a loss on our schedule.

CCSU - We dominated as expected. 1-0

Cuse - They are overrated goofs with terrible school colors. UCONN 21, Cuse 10. 2-0

Delaware - There is NO WAY they can contain our O. UCONN 38, Hens 17. 3-0

Ball State - First home game of the season against a FBS team. 35,000 people watch the spectacle. UCONN 28, Ball St 10. 4-0

Buffalo - We build on the momentum we created last year. UCONN 21, Bulls 3. 5-0

FIU - The Floridians are not prepared for an early October chill. UCONN 31, FIU 14. 6-0

BC - UCONN fans crash into Chestnut Hill like a National Flag Blue tsunami. UCONN 24, BC 21. 7-0

Rice - Why does Rice play UCONN? Not because it is easy, but because it is hard! UCONN 35, Rice 0. 8-0
