Oooph. That's a tough way to begin, if this season is any indication
What would the schedule have looked like if he took the Arkansas job?
I mean, I’d feel differently if that ACC killer UCONN was on VTs schedule.

where did you see that?Kiffin has ruled out Florida, so it's LSU or Ole Miss.
That guy also posted that Mario Cristobol officially interviewed with Arkansas, and that Arkansas officials went to Tampa to meet with Jon Gruden. Not sure I would trust him.Kiffin has ruled out Florida, so it's LSU or Ole Miss.
AAAAAAND,
Dabo has interviewed at Arkansas. That would be a disaster for him, but is probably good to get some love from Clemson's fans who will realize what they could lose.

Yeah I was sorta wondering about that. But several news folks retweeted him -- I thought surely they would do some due diligence?. Not sure I would trust him.
Do we have to explain Rule #1 again to you? 😉a part of me also wonders if the B1G is secretly trying to find a way to kick out Rutgers & Maryland too, honestly. Unlikely, but with all the new additions and with properties like UNC and FSU / miami on the horizon, more mouths to feed = gotta make cuts somewhere. These 2 don't matter anymore to the equation, as far as I can see.
would be great to have them join us at the P5 "rejects" table lol
Welcome back, Jersey!
I trusted something that was retweeted by someone respectable.where did you see that?
I think part of it is that great race for "breaking news". There is so much fake Twitter stuff out there that it is hard to keep up. I'm just surprised he hasn't had them talking to Urban Meyer yet lol.Yeah I was sorta wondering about that. But several news folks retweeted him -- I thought surely they would do some due diligence?
Mea culpa on me.
Mario Cristobol can't get it done at Miami, he definitely will get dog walked at Arkansas. LolThat guy also posted that Mario Cristobol officially interviewed with Arkansas, and that Arkansas officials went to Tampa to meet with Jon Gruden. Not sure I would trust him.
-> Akron’s season ended on Tuesday with a win over Bowling Green to finish with a 5-7 record, and head coach Joe Moorhead could be a name to watch at a few places. That includes the offensive coordinator job at Virginia Tech under Franklin or the UConn head job if Jim Mora leaves. Moorhead was Franklin’s OC at Penn State from 2016 to ‘17, and he was the OC on the 2010 UConn team that reached the Fiesta Bowl. Mora himself has received interest from jobs out west, like Oregon State and Stanford. <-
If it happens I will be prepared with names to recommend. But that's a big if. Now, if we're already in a conference, it would be a different story.I could understand if Stanford opens up the checkbook and Mora leaves for there. I'd be shocked if Mora left UConn for Oregon State.
And no doubt AD Dave wouldn’t make a move until he got your list! LOLIf it happens I will be prepared with names to recommend. But that's a big if. Now, if we're already in a conference, it would be a different story.
Mora makes $2.1 million if Stanford job is offered it will at least pay $5 million which would more than double his salary (Shaw made $8 million). But I do not think Mora will leave UConn just for more money. I think it has to be the right opportunity. Would he consider Stanford that right opportunity? I have no idea.I could understand if Stanford opens up the checkbook and Mora leaves for there. I'd be shocked if Mora left UConn for Oregon State.
It's a very good list. I will be emailing him if necessary. No doubt he has an excellent list himself and I would hope that we have some similar names. And no doubt AD Dave wouldn’t make a move until he got your list! LOL
PS I don’t think Joe Moorhead would be high on my list.
Andrew Luck & Jim Mora… interesting duo to shake free additional resources.I could understand if Stanford opens up the checkbook and Mora leaves for there. I'd be shocked if Mora left UConn for Oregon State.
Stanford is an interesting school. Could easily fund football at a high level via the billionaire alumni. In the past Stanford did not seem keen to pursue high level football. Not sure anything has changed.Andrew Luck & Jim Mora… interesting duo to shake free additional resources.
Oregon State would be just as big a rebuild, perhaps even bigger than UConn. They have the Pac-12 money, but are a very little brother to the Ducks within Oregon and don't have a winning program or national visible athletic endeavor except for the baseball team.I could understand if Stanford opens up the checkbook and Mora leaves for there. I'd be shocked if Mora left UConn for Oregon State.
Yea… “Annual roster 💰”!
