Sigh.
Yup.I'm not a Dr., but I knew when I saw it happen. There's just certain types of injuries, they always turn out to be ACLs. Sad news.
Sigh.
There have been many discussions in previous threads that talk about the issue. There's more to ACL injuries than the court and shoes (physiology, genetics of athletes, movement mechanics, etc.). To focus on those factors alone is superficial. So many ACL injuries. Makes me wonder if the court surface and shoes are too "sticky."
Thought I saw somewhere on social media she was held out due to illness, but not 100% sure.Tuned into the Michigan-Eastern Michigan game replay to watch ex-Duck Grace Van Slooten. But she was held out. Any info on this from Spartan fans (or anybody)?
I don't think she's played all season. To be frank with you, there were so many guards on that roster, I had no idea how minutes were going to be found. Unfortunately, it will be virtually a new team next year.Dang. That's unfortunate. Wishing her a speedy recovery, especially considering this is back related.
That makes two top-notch transfer guards this week, along with Maddie Scherr.Makes sense if you ask me. The timeline for her to return to play this season didn't make sense based on when she got injured.
Not following you. With Leger-Walker, she suffered her injury late last season. The likelihood of her being back for this season was really low. It's kind of similar to Miles' situation last year except UCLA and Leger-Walker decided to make it official. That makes two top-notch transfer guards this week, along with Maddie Scherr.
What is it? Less than one-quarter of the games played?
