Would be nice, He would come to Storrs as the most experienced QB having played his full Freshman year. He was benched in Colorado's first game against a TCU team that has ended up in the playoff. Benched after going 13-18 for 78 years and no ints. Very similar stats to Zion as a Freshman. 58% completions vs Zion 57.8, 1540 yards vs Zion 1407, 304 yards rushing vs Zion's 262. Biggest difference was 10/3 TD/int vs Zion's 9/10. Played a much higher level of competition. Seemed more athletic (speed and moves) than Zion.

Its interesting - best we can tell we had exactly 13 open slots and we signed 13 kids.

To turn portal pursuits into signings we will need to create space. Perhaps that begins tomorrow.

Interesting, I was expecting a bigger portal push.

Never saw that he actually had an UConn offer (before or after he visited) but it’s a moot point…

Hard to tell if he’s playing off Pehrson/Barocio or not…

Mickey Grace commented yesterday so it might be playing off it with him just not able to give it yesterday

They have got some big bodies at TE as they have gotten people at 6-6 and 6-7. He apparently was UMASS’s top target at the position

JM seems to be offering lots more kids out of high school than in past years and those that don't come to UConn seem to be going P5 more often than in the past.

If those kids visited UConn, saw the facilities, met the coaches, but went elsewhere, if they decide in a year or two that they made the wrong choice UConn may be the beneficiary over the long haul. Maybe we're seeing the start of that.

A lot of the transfer tend to go to P5 too
