We have got multiple tweets from the staff talking about this being big and talking about it their footprint so the recruit is definitely from New England and possibly CT. I found the fact that Davidson mentioned karma in his tweet and used the axe which seems to be an used by a certain team in NJ.

I have no inside knowledge, but my guess is KeShawn Adams or another receiver from AOF. Wholley has been retweeting a bunch of stuff and Allen/Charlton have been the ones tweeting.
