Many players have come to Uconn for the great coaching and found their whole life change in the best way possible. Just look at all the former players who have graduated from Uconn and gone on to be a super star in many various fields. Uconn wcbb is as good as it gets at this process. Hope you choose us.

Early morning brings good news!!
Its great to see these offers being sent out, now we can watch the videos with more interest. The excitement really revs up when we can see actual UConn POI players performing. Now we can concentrate on the four players receiving our offers this past summer. Toomey, Arnold, Booker, and Shade. Getting good now.

I am impressed with all the players we know were offered, and there is balance by position, a point, a combo guard, a wing, and a big. For the other three Uconn is arguably going after the best player at their position with some debate, but on the bigs it is not that clear.

Now if Ciera is viewed as a versatile 4, maybe that is true for her as well, but are we still interested in Del Rosario or Cunningham, or the 6-7 girl from Georgia, to go with her, or does this mean she is the first choice for a big over those players? Could there also be an offer for a true center?

Seems like Geno's strategy is to let these players know early they are his priorities in the hope it improves his chances. I also think with the anticipated depth, the game-plan B/C options etc. may not be as important as usual. If you can get a couple from that group you may not need to pursue alternative scenarios, and if there is a specific position need that develops, the transfer portal can provide an immediate fix now that most don't have to wait.

FYI, Toomey is a legitimate 2-sport star at Dunmore HS. Her second sport….Golf. At 6’3” she can probably drive a golf ball a long way. If Toomey ends up at UConn, I’m guessing Geno might bring her in as a ringer for the Club mixed best ball championship.

She must be talented!! With much potential to be great. All it’s gonna take is the right coach and program to get the best out of her and make her the best version of herself. Anyone have any idea where that coach and program might be?

Seems to possess some "Stewie-esque" qualities in her game.. Mobile, 3 level scorer, handle, passing, shot-blocking aptitude, and rebounding .. Will certainly be interesting to follow .. Would be a great addition!
It also appears that she has the ability to score from in close while being bodied up-a talent we have been short of the last 3 years- AE being the exception. Nice to see CT score through contact, Get her Geno!

What happened to the rest of WCBB programs? Must be on the sidelines or home drooling, we have the same names as usual tossing out offers. Would you if a head coach offer her? Why not take a chance, make an offer, what's there to lose. I am most surprised not to see L'ville, Ark or UCLA not offering, geez after all L'ville offers almost any player over 4'7" a scholarship. Maybe UCLA is hanging there hopes on Cunningham, Ark I have no idea what's up there, maybe still working on there pulled pork festival. ;)
