Yup. The hope is that he can be Looney with a slow but reliable 3-pointer. That'd be a great career to have.

He also has great low-post skills, there are likely on a half-dozen NBA players that are better (Jokic, Embiid, Brunson, ?), in the last 3rd of the season, he showed that he did not need to be in the low post to take advantage of these skills.
